Sastra University Admissions Campaign – 2025
To drive its 2025 admissions, Sastra Deemed University partnered with us to launch a high-performance digital campaign aimed at reaching serious aspirants across India. With a diverse mix of programs spanning Engineering, Law, MBA, and M.Tech, we crafted a full-funnel strategy across Google and Meta blending search intent with interest-driven targeting. Each stage of the funnel, from awareness to consideration, lead capture, and remarketing, was carefully mapped to ensure maximum relevance and impact. Creative assets were platform-specific and insight-led, designed to engage both students and their parents. Campaigns were continuously optimized based on geography, language, course preference, and conversion behavior, allowing us to fine-tune performance in real time.
The result was over 19,450 qualified leads, a significant reduction in cost per lead, and strong engagement across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities. But beyond the numbers, the campaign helped Sastra build a smarter, more scalable digital admissions engine. In a season when every university was competing for attention, Sastra didn’t just make noise—it made sense. By speaking to the right audience with the right message, it stood out not by being louder, but by being sharper, more relevant, and more strategic.
